The Iowa caucuses are only four weeks away, and Newt Gingrich is in great shape. A New York Times/CBS News poll found that Gingrich is the most favorable candidate to potential Iowa caucus voters, with 31 percent support. Mitt Romney edges out Ron Paul by 1 percent, garnering 17 percent support. Nearly 70 percent of the voters said they have watched recent debates, but 40 percent said they get most of their information from Fox News. Two thirds said they are willing to change their mind and vote for a candidate who is less conservative if it means winning the national election. A major flaw for Gingrich: only 30 percent of potential caucus voters had been contacted by his campaign, while 60 percent and 47 percent had been contacted by Paul's and Romney’s campaigns, respectively.
