Another day, another complaint about the primary process from Newt Gingrich. The former House speaker has most recently taken issue with the fact that Florida automatically turns over all 50 of its delegates to whoever wins the primary. Gingrich argues that those delegates should, instead, be proportionately distributed and is willing to demand a change at the Republican National Convention, if need be.
