Boston Celtics star Gordon Hayward suffered a gruesome injury on Tuesday night when he fell to the ground and his ankle snapped in half. Hayward, 27, had just signed a four-year $128 million deal with the Celtics over the summer and was just six minutes into his first game with the team when the injury occurred. The injury is similarly gruesome to when former Louisville star Kevin Ware snapped his tibia in 2013.
