After promoting fake investments.

First the “Fake Rockefeller,” now these guys? Two grifters who posed as members of the Guggenheim family are facing 20 years in prison, and a third is still at large. The two men facing charges in Manhattan federal court identified themselves in phone interviews as "David B. Guggenheim" and "Vladimir Z. Guggenheim," and the third called herself a "countess" and used Guggenheim Fund stationery. The trio promoted a $4 billion sale of crude oil and a $1 billion deal involving diamonds and a vodka distribution venture. They didn't find any takers.
