A university in North Carolina was briefly under lockdown Friday after a man was spotted carrying a rifle on campus. North Carolina A&T State University’s website advised students to stay at home and lock their doors because a man wearing a blue jacket, jeans, a hat, and a white shirt was seen with a gun. Though no shots were fired, police are hunting for the suspect.
