Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell has been under a lot of criticism for his declaration of Confederate History Month. Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour didn't seem to get the memo, defending McDonnell and dismissing the whole thing as "something that doesn't matter for diddly."
