Dominique Huett filed a $5-million civil suit against the Weinstein Co., Deadline reported Wednesday. The actress’ suit claimed the board “had actual knowledge of [Harvey] Weinstein’s repeated acts of sexual misconduct with women” before several other actresses went public with their allegations against the film producer. “In particular, Defendant was aware of Weinstein’s pattern of using his power to coerce and force young actresses to engage in sexual acts with him,” the suit claimed. Weinstein, who has since been fired from his eponymous company, is currently being investigated by police in London and New York.
