Foot in mouth? At a Michigan campaign stop, GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain greeted supporters who were cheerfully chanting, “Yes we Cain!” But the riff on Obama’s ’08 campaign slogan wasn’t the only wordplay. “How do you beat Obama?” Cain then asked the crowd. “Beat him with a Cain.” When asked about the remark—which could be interpreted to be racially offensive—Cain brushed it off. “Cain. Herman Cain. C-A-I-N. Do I have to connect all the dots for you?” Meanwhile, he apologized for calling House Minority Lader Nancy Pelosi “Princess Nancy” at last night’s GOP debate.
