Secretary of Health and Human Services Tom Price praised police on Wednesday for their arrest of a journalist the previous day. On Tuesday, police in West Virginia's Capitol building arrested Daniel Heyman, a reporter for the Public News Service who shouted questions while Price walked down a hallway. Heyman was charged with a misdemeanor count of disruption of governmental processes. "That gentleman was not in a press conference," Price said of Heyman asking him questions. Price praised police for "doing what they thought was appropriate," in arresting Heyman, although he said whether Heyman should have been arrested was "not my decision to make."
