Ready for Hillary? Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign loaned its email list to a super PAC supporting her for 2016. On Sunday, Ready for Hillary emailed the list offering free bumper stickers. Politico reports she met with a team of aides last summer "for a detailed presentation on preparing a 2016" campaign.
