Hillary Clinton plans on speaking out against the "Cadillac tax" imposed on certain health plans in the coming days, according to a union official. Her campaign aides informed Randi Weingarten, the head of the American Federation of Teachers, of the planned announcement. Members of the union, which endorsed Clinton could be affected by this tax which imposes taxes on expensive employer-based plans.
