The lawmakers will hold two hearings in the coming weeks to discuss a potential impeachment process. Koskinen came under fire from conservatives in 2014 after allegations that the IRS specifically targeted Tea Party-affiliated organizations, making it difficult for them to obtain tax-exempt status.
