In a rebuke to President Obama’s involvement in Libya, the House on Friday voted to ban the use of ground troops in Gaddafi’s country and also demanded to see documents related to the president’s decision to intervene. Most Republicans and 45 Democrats supported the resolution, despite opposition from Democratic leadership.
