Now that we’ve finally seen what the “Mother” looks like, How I Met Your Mother is going to stop dragging things out, right? Wrong. CBS President Nina Tassler teased the sitcom’s final season Wednesday, saying that the remainder of the run will take place entirely in the 56 hours before Barney and Robin’s wedding. And don’t expect Ted to meet the mother until close to the finale. Tassler says the season will chronicle “how each character, before Ted, meets the mother. So, they each meet her independently before he does.”
