According to Arizona Governor Doug Ducy, a SWAT team arrested a suspect behind the I-10 shootings in Phoenix, Arizona. "We got him! DPS SWAT team is in custody of the individual suspected of I-10 shootings. Apprehended moments ago," the governor said in a tweet. There have been 11 confirmed shootings against vehicles since August 29, most of which took place on I-10.
