Police on Sunday arrested Larnell Lyles, a 27-year-old male, for allegedly gunning down an ice cream truck driver in Maryland in front of children on Saturday. According to the police, 22-year-old Brandon Brown was driving through a subsidized housing complex in Frederick, Maryland and was selling ice cream to a line of children when he stepped out of his truck and was shot by Lyles. Brown died at the scene.
