The drunk-driving social and fiscal conservative will go to court Jan. 4. Mike Crapo, who has claimed he abstains from alcohol because of his Mormon faith, was released on $1,000 bond after being pulled over for running a red light and being taken into custody for driving under the influence early Sunday morning.
