Rick Santorum promised Monday that, if elected president, he will never talk about those who came before him, arguing that President Obama blames predecessors for things like gas prices. "I will never mention a former president's name when I am in office," he told rallygoers in Ohio. "Man up, take responsibility and quit blaming everybody else."
