The Show Me state no longer is home to the most methamphetamine-related seizures in the country. The new honor goes to Indiana with 1,797 meth labs, dump sites, and glassware seizures, and Tennessee was next in line with 1,616. While Missouri fell to third and enjoyed an overall drop, “it should not be any indication that the war on meth is dwindling,” police captain Chris Hoffman said, noting it may reflect changes in police enforcement or a new strain being imported form Mexico rather than improvement in the “meth war.”
