An American health-care aide who tested positive for Ebola while working in Sierra Leone arrived in the U.S. for treatment early Friday. The National Institutes of Health said the worker, who has not been identified, will be treated at a high-level containment unit in Bethesda, Maryland. On Thursday, a British military health-care worker with Ebola who was also in Sierra Leone was transported to London for treatment, and four other workers have possibly been infected. While there have been tremendous strides to curb the Ebola epidemic, the virus has killed nearly 10,0000 people in Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Guinea.
