It's too cold to be on the lam. In Kentucky, an escaped prisoner decided to turn himself in after temperatures hit the low single digits with a wind chill at negative 20 degrees. Robert Vick had slipped out of a minimum security facility where he was serving a six-year burglary sentence on Sunday, and then walked into a motel on Monday asking the clerk to call the police. He was treated for hypothermia.
