Inmates at Washington’s Spokane County jail have been making phone calls to arrange sex crimes for money, according to court records. A 17-year-old inmate was allegedly recorded talking about arranging the prostitution of a 14-year-old girl in order to pay his $75,000 bond. Another inmate, 35-year-old Dante D. Oliver, is also accused of arranging for a 16-year-old girl to have sex with men for money.
