The CEO of the French breast-implant company that used potentially dangerous industrial silicone in its products is now a wanted man. Interpol says Jean-Claude Mas is wanted by Costa Rican authorities for crimes involving “life and health,” but Mas's connection to Costa Rica is unclear. Yesterday France offered to pay for 30,000 women to have the risky implants removed. The British government said it is not following suit, although an estimated 40,000 women in the U.K. received the implants.
