News Corp. investors planning to vote against the reappointment of Rupert Murdoch and his sons at today's investor's meeting have a star witness: Tom Watson, the Labour MP who has been leading Parliament's investigation into The News of the World's phone-hacking scandal. Watson says he will give News Corp. shareholders information about previously undisclosed surveillance methods used by the company. "I want to leave investors in no doubt that News Corporation is not through the worst of this yet and there are more questions for the Murdochs to answer," said Watson. About 20 percent of News Corp.'s independent shareholders plan to oppose Murdoch's reappointment, but their effort is expected to fail as Murdoch controls 40 percent of the voting shares.
