Believe it or not, Washington is about to get a whole lot geekier. House Republicans, gearing up to enter the majority in January are changing rules of decorum in Congress, allowing electronic devices to be used during debates on the House floor as long as their use doesn't "impair decorum." "This is not a free license to Skype or pay bills online," said one G.O.P. spokesman. But we can expect the iPad to become the coolest new device in the House since the introduction of the gavel.
