Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran's supreme leader, awarded medals to the navy commanders who captured U.S. sailors entering Iranian terriotrial waters this past month. The head of the Revolutionary Guards and four commanders were given the Fath (Victory) medal which has been awarded to war heroes since 1989.
