And this is a good beginning,” he tweeted before deleting it. He then posted a revised version, adding an “if”: “If #IranDeal, victory of diplomacy and mutual respect over outdated paradigm of exclusion and coercion. And this will be good beginning.” Rouhani is now expected to speak at 1:30, likely about the nuclear negotiations.
