Scott Olsen, the Iraq war veteran injured by a projectile during an Occupy Oakland protest, has regained consciousness. But he cannot talk, according to a friend who served with him in Iraq. He is communicating with friends and family by writing notes as he awaits surgery. Meanwhile, in Tennessee, Occupy Wall Street protesters were arrested again for violating a curfew recently instituted by the governor, and again they were released when the judge refused to sign the warrants. In California, the Oakland encampment seems to have reestablished itself, with 50 tents now pitched in the plaza and few police in sight. In England, a second clergyman at St. Paul's Cathedral officially resigned in protest of the church's attempt to evict activists.
