Iraq is beginning to engage in intelligence and security cooperation with Russia, Iran and Syria to combat ISIS extremists, according to the country's military joint operations command. This move on the part of Russia, combined with its increased efforts in Syria could give the country more sway in the Middle East, which would likely worry the U.S. A committee may be created in Baghdad to plan further military operations.
