As TMZ reported early Thursday, Lohan’s old lawyer is out: Shawn Chapman Holley told the site that she’ll no longer be representing Lindsay. In Holley’s place, Lohan will instead retain a relative newbie, Tiffany Feder-Cohen, who reportedly only passed the bar in November. But who is Feder-Cohen? A Twitter feed registered to that name follows the Kardashians, tweets at Jillian Barberie, and has 18 followers. Sample tweet: Feder-Cohen : “Had a great time at LA Live Katsu-Ya. Very cool place, will have to go back again and visit again.”
