A suicide bomb blast in Jalalabad, Afghanistan targeting government workers collecting their salaries at a bank killed 33 on Saturday and injured more than 100, Reuters reports. “It was a suicide attack,” Jalalabad police chief Fazel Ahmad Sherzad said during a press conference. ISIS has claimed responsibility, making it their first major attack in Afghanistan.
