ISIS has released a video in which it appears the militants murder two groups of captured Ethiopian Christians in Libya. The video, which is 29 minutes long, claims one of the groups was killed by an ISIS affiliate in eastern Libya and a separate one in the south. In the east, the captives are beheaded on a beach, in the south they are shot dead. While ISIS claims they were Ethiopian Christians, it is not clear who the victims were.
