According to an influential sheikh in Iraq, more than 100 men and boys have been kidnapped by ISIS fighters near Tikrit. According to Anwar Assi al-Obeidi, the men and boys were captured three days ago. At least 21 men have been released, but the boys are still being held in an unknown location. Most of those captured reportedly have relatives fighting against ISIS.
