ISIS claims it has killed a Norwegian and a Chinese hostage, two months after demanding ransom payments for their release. The Norwegian man is believed to be Johan Grimsgaard-Ofstad, from Oslo, while the Chinese man has been identified as Fan Jinghui from Beijing. The terrorist group published an image of what appear to be the men’s bodies in the latest issue of its propaganda magazine.
