The FBI has arrested a Michigan man who they say wanted to attack a 6,000-member Detroit church to please ISIS. Twenty-one-year-old Khalil Abu-Rayyan told an undercover agent he had guns and a large knife. "I bought a bunch of bullets. I practiced reloading and unloading," he told the agent, according to the FBI. Investigators did not say which church Rayyan was targeting for an attack.
