On Friday, Kurdish officials revealed that the Islamic State appears to be manufacturing and testing chemical warfare shells. According to field investigators the weapons, which involve both industrial and agricultural toxic chemicals, have been used in attacks in Iraq and Syria multiple times in recent weeks. The new method shows a potential growth in the militant groups powers.
