A 13-year-old Palestinian girl is dead after she ran at an Israeli guard with a knife, Israeli police said. The incident occurred at the entrance to a West Bank settlement, where the guard who shot and killed the girl was stationed. Wafa, the official Palestinian news agency, identified the girl as Ruqayya Eid Abu Eid. According to police, Abu Eid fought with her family on Saturday morning and left the house “intending to die.”
