Jackson Bodyguard: Doctor Hid Vials

On day three of Michael Jackson’s involuntary manslaughter trial, the jury heard a crucial testimony from Alberto Alvarez, the first bodyguard to enter the King of Pop’s bedroom after his doctor called for help. Alvarez said Dr. Conrad Murray grabbed vials and ordered him to put them in a bag before calling 911. Alvarez added that Murray said Jackson had had a “bad reaction.” Murray has pleaded not guilty to charges of giving Jackson a lethal dose of the anesthetic propofol in his bedroom. On the stand, Alvarez said Jackson had been in “very good spirits” at a rehearsal the night before he died. Jurors were shown a bottle of propofol that still contained liquid.
