In a new court filing, former Subway fast-food chain pitchman Jared Fogle argues the parents of one of his female child-pornography victims is to blame for her “destructive behaviors.” Fogle says the parents’ constant verbal arguments and alcohol abuse make them responsible for some of the victim’s allegations outlined in a civil lawsuit against him. Fogle was sentenced to 15 years behind bars last November for additional child-pornography charges and illegal sexual contact with a minor.
