Jail time hasn’t wiped the smile off his face: Police have released a new mug shot of Arizona shooting suspect Jared Loughner. He’s still grinning as he did in the initial mug shot, although the smile is less pronounced. He also has a cut on his forehead. Loughner’s lawyers attempted to block the release of the new photo, but a judge allowed marshals to release it.
