Jesse James wants to be the victim now. His lawyer and friend, Joe Yanny, called him a "broken man" who is still hoping to reclaim his privacy and his spot in Sandra Bullock's heart. In recent weeks, the gossip rags have been rife with stories about James' alleged multiple affairs during their marriage. The West Coast Choppers owner has since checked into a rehabilitation center for an undisclosed condition. Yanny says the media "feeding frenzy" has ruined James' life, and that allegations of James' philandering are "private matters to be resolved between a husband and a wife." Apparently, James wants to make amends. "The single most important thing to Mr. James and the children is that the marriage somehow survive," Yanny insisted.
