Former Vice President Joe Biden responded to President Trump’s remarks about Rob Porter Thursday, saying that Trump wishing him luck was a distraction from Porter’s “crime.” While speaking to an audience of greek life members, Biden asked, “Is there any other crime—and it's a crime—where there'd be an explanation, that the reason why we shouldn't pay attention to the transgression is because they're good at something?" He also said Trump commenting on Porter’s talent was like saying that an “axe murderer” is “a great painter.”
