The former lawyer and presidential candidate has hired President Obama’s former White House counsel, Greg Craig, to help him avoid an indictment on charges that he used campaign money to cover up his affair with Rielle Hunter. A grand jury is hearing testimony and prosecutors could issue an indictment soon. "We have consistently said we don't think he violated any law," Craig says.
