Secretary of State John Kerry has a plethora of issues to discuss with India's prime minister Sunday, but global warming is chief among them. His first stop in New Delhi marks the beginning of a two-week trip through the Mideast and Asia and falls just two days before President Obama is set to launch his new global-warming plan. Kerry, in his speech, will likely put pressure on India to lower harmful emissions. The discussion will also likely touch on India's relationship to violence-plagued Pakistan and its new president Nawaz Sharif.
