There wasn’t a class in journalism school for this. Journalist Liza Ghorbani claims she is the mother of a baby she had during a reported affair with former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher—right after she wrote a profile of him for TheNew York Times in 2010. Ghorbani, who gave birth seven months ago, is suing the rock star for $3 million in child support. “He ended the relationship when she told him she was suing him for child support,” a source told the New York Post. Ironically, in 2008, Gallagher, who has three sons with his wife, told the Times that he wasn’t planning on fatherhood, but “once you get your missus pregnant, you’ve got to step up to the plate.” He added: “Family’s the most important thing.”
