Judge Allows Release of Casey Anthony Video

A Florida judge on Friday allowed a grainy video of Casey Anthony’s reaction to the discovery of her daughter’s remains to be released to the public. While in jail in 2008, Anthony was brought into a waiting room and videotaped as she watched the news on television that her daughter Caylee’s remains had been found. There's no audio on the video, and Anthony is seen rocking in her chair before hunching over and later speaking with her attorney. Until now, the video of Anthony’s reaction has been sealed, as her lawyer insisted the recording would affect Anthony's chance at a fair trial. A Florida TV station had requested the footage, and a new judge, Belvin Perry said there was no reason to keep it sealed since Anthony has been acquitted of murdering her daughter.
