Federal Judge Gloria Navarro on Wednesday declared a mistrial in the case against infamous Nevada rancher and militia activist Cliven Bundy, noting that prosecutors willfully withheld significant and “potentially exculpatory” information from Bundy’s lawyers. The trial against Bundy and his sons Ammon and Ryan Bundy began weeks ago. The men were accused, with militia member Ryan Payne, of leading an armed standoff against federal land agents in 2014. A new trial is currently set for late February.
