A Pennsylvania judge has decided that a sexual assault case against Bill Cosby can proceed despite Cosby's claim that he had an immunity deal. Cosby’s attorneys sought to have the case thrown out because of an alleged 2005 verbal agreement between the comedian and then-district attorney Bruce Castor not to criminally prosecute him for the sexual assault case.
