Cross County District Judge Joseph Boeckmann resigned from his post in Arkansas after a state commission discovered thousands of photographs of nude male defendants on his computer. Boeckmann was accused of trading sex with them for lower sentences. The commission sent a letter to his lawyer on May 5 that alleged they were in the process of discovering up to 4,500 photos.
