What about “Jesus”? A judge in Tennessee ordered a family to change their 7-month-old's name from "Messiah" to "Martin." "The word Messiah is a title and it's a title that has only been earned by one person and that one person is Jesus Christ," said Child Support Magistrate Lu Ann Ballew to explain her decision. The boy's parents are appealing the decision, saying it's not right for Ballew to force them to change their baby's name because of her religious beliefs. They originally got the court involved because they couldn't agree on the boy's last name. The Cocke County chancellor will hear the appeal on September 17.
